Terms of Service

We accept payments by PayPal only.

Handling time for all orders is 2 days, we ship out Mondays to Fridays.

No shipping on Saturdays & Sundays & Public Holidays.

All items will be shipped out by trackable economy mail through Pos Malaysia or a similar service.
The tracking number will be added to your PayPal transaction.

Shipping time to the USA is between 10 - 25 working days (hey - we are at the other side of the world!), Australia/New Zealand between 6 - 15 working days and most countries in Europe between 8 - 20 working days.

Contact us if you require shipment by a Courier Service.

We ship worldwide, but if you are from Israel (and because Pos Malaysia doesn't ship to Israel!) contact us before you buy, so that we can work something out!

We try (were possible) to use recyclable materials for our packaging and also use recycled boxes and recycled paper and re-use packaging sent to us and from local businesses in our area.
This is done to reduce our carbon foot print and help save our environment.

For shipments to outside of Europe there are normally no duties or taxes on our goods.
Should the shipment be dutied by the customs, the charges must be borne by the buyer.
All shipments to countries in the European Union are subject to VAT (value added tax), please check with your customs before ordering.
